Carol Ash and Associates made the entire process of planning our first conference from start to finish (within the span of five months) a pleasurable and effortless experience. They did everything from gathering RFPs to booking travel for attendees, as well as extensive onsite event management, including working closely with hotel staff. Their planning allowed FAMM staff the flexibility to be fully present for and engaged with conference attendees, and focus our efforts on ensuring outstanding programming. Carol was flexible and attentive to our needs as an organization. It was a pleasure working with her. We would recommend her for any meeting planning project, no matter how big or small.

When I was president of the National Association of Black Journalists in 2014, Carol stepped in at the last minute to run our national convention in Boston. Along with planning the conference attended by more than 2,000 people. She quickly took control of most of the major aspects of the convention including event space at the host hotel and the convention center, food and beverage, vendor relations, transportation, security, special events, hotel management, audio/visual and billing and budget review. Thanks to her leadership and attention to detail, the convention was a huge success.

Carol is the consummate professional who is strategic in her preparation and a maestro at executing. In my years associated with Ms. Ash, I had the full confidence that NABJ conventions and events, would be done in an excellent manner, which left me as an executive with one less thing to worry about. That is a good feeling to have.
